Immediately following graduation, I joined Integra Ledger, a startup focused on the future of blockchain technology. Integra had three separate entities, with a third added as my team’s initiative to increase women's participation.

3 timeline or step or process

Before becoming defunct, Integra was built as a platform based on utilizing blockchain technology to verify smart documents.

The GLBC was created to govern the use of ​blockchain in the legal industry. I recruited notable ​members such as Walmart. White & Case, and ​Walter’s Kluwer to join.

The largest organization Integra founded. In my first year as sole marketer, along with technical help, recruited more than 40 cities to participate with thousands of attendees fighting to create legal technology that would change the world.

Launching my second GLH, my colleague Nita ​Sanger emphasized the lack of women In the ​legal technology and tech fields in general. We ​developed The Global Rise of Women in ​LegalTech Initiative.



  • Oversaw social media strategy for Integra Ledger and related entities, growing followers by 50% ​year-over-year and increasing engagement rates by 35% across critical platforms (LinkedIn, ​Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Arranged all media buying and wrote all press releases surrounding the technology and its impact ​on Integra’s subsidiaries.
  • Utilized compelling graphics and tactics to increase interest in Integra’s constantly pivoting ​product and promote a product that was ready to Go to Market at any moment.

  • Orchestrated the marketing strategy for the first Global Legal Hackathon, achieving unprecedented ​participation from 40 cities and 20,000+ attendees through targeted paid ads and organic outreach, ​exceeding initial targets by 25%.
  • Along with college Kim Sully, I led participant outreach, planning, budgeting, and marketing for the final ​rounds of the hackathon. We brought in teams and talent worldwide to showcase their technological skills, ​some of whom are still thriving today.
  • Managed my first large scale event at the Microsoft offices in NYC, ensuring their was proper press ​coverage, social media, and standard logistics in place.

The Global Rise of Women in LegalTech Initiative


  • Developed in coordination with Nita Sanger, Esther Dediashvilir, and other global women thought leaders in the legal technology industry to help launch the initiative's promotion.
  • Was given the honor of creating and presenting the awards for the hard work the women-led teams initiated during the event.
  • Coordinated press releases to announce the winners of the GROWL award and other winners of the Global Legal Hackathon 2019.
