• Increased website conversion rate by 45% by optimizing call-to-action buttons on the company website and marketing products on the company’s social media channels.

Immediately following graduation, I joined Integra Ledger, a startup focused on the future of blockchain technology. Integra had three separate entities, with a third added as my team’s initiative to increase women's participation.
Before becoming defunct, Integra was built as a platform based on utilizing blockchain technology to verify smart documents.
The GLBC was created to govern the use of blockchain in the legal industry. I recruited notable members such as Walmart. White & Case, and Walter’s Kluwer to join.
The largest organization Integra founded. In my first year as sole marketer, along with technical help, recruited more than 40 cities to participate with thousands of attendees fighting to create legal technology that would change the world.
Launching my second GLH, my colleague Nita Sanger emphasized the lack of women In the legal technology and tech fields in general. We developed The Global Rise of Women in LegalTech Initiative.
